Brett‘s career in the structural engineering industry spans more than 25 years, both in New Zealand and internationally. He is associated with some of the most iconic buildings throughout the South Island across a breadth of sectors, including commercial, sport and recreation and residential. Brett has significant expertise in the management and coordination of structural and civil design teams.

He has also been heavily involved with post trauma structural assessment, demolition strategy and earthquake strengthening following the Canterbury earthquakes and was a member of the World Trade Centre structural response team following the 9/11 attack.

He has also been involved with numerous assessments of existing buildings and the subsequent development of strengthening designs.

Proficient in four languages and two dialects, Andrew is an asset to our offshore clients involved in New Zealand projects.

Kawa is vastly experienced in structural seismic engineering, having worked as a structural engineer in several seismic environments throughout Europe and Asia, as well as New Zealand.

His specific expertise is in the design of structures for seismic environments, be they new-build or retrofit projects. He has a passion for design of low damage seismic solutions.

Kawa is also a key part of the team’s structural and construction monitoring capability.

He has a professional interest in low damage technologies with his final year engineering project focusing on base isolation and hybrid rocking systems.

Tim's enthusiastic and positive approach to project work makes him a valuable member of our engineering team.

Sam’s experience in structural design is well-rounded and covers commercial, industrial and residential projects including new builds, alterations and remedial work and is highly adept at facilitating the necessary compliance associated with a given project.

Her enthusiasm and desire to learn make her an ideal addition to our team.
